DETAIL KIT / OUTLET / CROSS

Our US electrical range is built for standard 120V US wiring and outlet configurations. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions about your specific project.

The visible plate and toggle or dimmer arm are solid metal with our cross-knurl pattern, available in Brass, Black, Steel, and Smoked Bronze. The internal module - the actual dimmer or switch mechanism carrying the electrical current - is polycarbonate rather than metal, which is a safety requirement rather than a design choice.

A toggle switch is a simple on/off control; a dimmer lets you adjust brightness and requires an LED-compatible dimmer module if you're using LED bulbs.

This is covered under our standard 2-year warranty. Please reach out with your order number and a short video or photo showing the fault, and our team will arrange the right solution.

Yes - all our switches, dimmers, and outlets should be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in line with local electrical codes.

Our dimmer is a push on/off switch, and can then be rotated to adjust the brightness.

In the US, controlling a switch from two locations is known as a 3-way circuit. Our switches can be wired for either single-pole or 3-way use, depending on the module.

Yes - replacement detail kits can be ordered directly from the website in your finish. These are sold separately, not provided free of charge.
