Explore a Utah Residence That Goes All-In
The Village by Ezra Lee Design+Build is a vast 18,000 square ft residence, completed in 2025 and situated in Utah, with views that take some beating.
Architecturally, it’s a soft, restrained combination of exposed timber and steel with huge sliding doors and lofty glazing to pull in swathes of natural light. But that’s the tip of the iceberg because The Village also boasts (deep breath…) a pool, tennis courts, trampolines, sand volleyball court, zip line, sports field, indoor sports hall, a golf simulator and more. There’s also a gigantic garage that you’d happily overnight inside as well!

Arguably, The Village has it all. And, yet, unlike many other hyper-ambitious projects, the designers haven’t skimped on the details – they’ve doubled down, making it functional, fit-for-life and truly elevated.
